My partner and I watched this last year on Netflix.  It's artsy fiction - not a documentary.  It's a story of an intersex teen coming into his own identity, rather than the one he was prescribed.

Also, there's a "trans enough" project on youtube.  I have only checked a couple of videos, but they're out to disrupt transnormativity.
